Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for quality control:

1) Responsible for providing relevant standards and methods for incoming material inspection/online inspection/finished product inspection, to ensure that quality inspectors make clear inspection requirements;

2) Organize IQC, PQC, QA, testers and team leaders to inspect products as required to ensure that only qualified products can be submitted to customers;

3) Organize record, report, label, review and follow-up treatment of defective products to prevent the unintended use of defective products;

4) Responsible for handling customer complaints, proposing corrective/preventive measures due to quality problems, and following up the implementation;

5) Assist the Engineering Department in sample confirmation, and assist the Production Department and Purchasing Department in supplier review and assessment;


2. Responsible for the management of testing instruments:

1) Responsible for the calibration and management of testing instruments;


3. Responsible for the maintenance of the quality management system to ensure its continuous effectiveness and continuous improvement:

1) Plan and organize management review;

2) Planned and presided over internal quality system audit, and reported the operation of quality system to the general manager;

3) Organize and publish the uation of quality objectives;


4. Responsible for the training of quality inspection personnel to improve their inspection level;


5. Coordinated related work of quality Department and Installation and Interior Department, responsible for the general manager.
