【On-site supervisor efficient management ability improvement】Training course
In order to comprehensively improve on-site management capabilities, promote the implementation of lean production projects, and achieve the management goals of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Shenzhen Xingzewei signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jianfeng Enterprise Management Group, a well-known business management consulting organization in Taiwan, and Jianfeng Enterprise Management Group sent management experts to comprehensively guide management improvement.
On May 13, 2023, more than 60 on-site cadres and reserve cadres from Xingzewei's Shenzhen and Dongguan factories came to Meisheng Cloud Valley Hotel for a two-day study of "The First Class of Managers".
Through this training, let the on-site management cadres understand what management is? What to care? How to manage? Help cadres establish correct management concepts, master the basic methods and skills of "managing people", and create a solid on-site management system (ironclad camp) through learning and doing, so as to truly improve on-site management capabilities.
(1) Opening ceremony
On the morning of May 13th, Huang Yong, vice president of operation of Xingzewei Company, and Mr. Wu, senior consultant of Jianfeng Enterprise Management Group, attended the opening ceremony.
Mr. Huang first explained the company's vision and mission, the strategic cooperation background with Jianfeng Enterprise Management, as well as the purpose of this training, as well as the follow-up work plan and goals. "Learning management, understanding management, knowing management" is a topic that every manager needs to face, and I hope that all students cherish every opportunity to learn, let go of themselves, forget past experience, and study carefully with an empty cup mentality.
Next, Mr. Wu, the enterprise manager of Jianfeng from Taiwan, greeted the "little stars" of Xingzewei, saying that Jianfeng is very honored to provide services to you, and hopes that everyone cherishes this opportunity to study hard and apply what they have learned.
(ii) What is training management? What to care? How to manage?
First, from the definition of management, to the six major tasks of management; From QCDMS to KPIs; From PDCA to SDCA, from 5W1H to 4M1E, and then to 5S management, Mr. Wu quotes scriptures, from the "Way of Confucius and Meng" to the "Four Books and Five Classics", and then to the eight items of "University", so that each of us can understand that the management thinking of stewards actually comes from traditional Chinese classics, so that we can produce full cultural confidence.
(3) Group presentation and project PK of training wonderful moments

(4) Summary and awarding
After two days of fierce PK competition, the eighth group finally won the first place. Mr. Wu, the manager of Jianfeng Enterprise, presented awards to the winning panel as encouragement.
(5) Perception of life
Strong people are strong because they don't make excuses, and cowardly people are cowardly because they make excuses. /b10>The attentive teacher Wu arranged a motivational tear gas at the end of the course to watch the "Xie Kunshan's Inspirational Story Interview Video" collectively. /b11>After watching Xie Kunshan's video, I believe everyone has a different understanding. Xie Kunshan's story can be explained by the classic theory of "problem + mentality = result". He lost two arms, a leg, and an eye, and when this fact was put in front of this 17-year-old boy, his attitude was not to complain about the injustice of fate, nor to give up his life pessimistically, nor to wait for everyone's care, he chose the mentality of the sun, give himself a new life of sunshine! Different attitudes have different results, not only can he survive independently, but also achieved many achievements that are difficult for ordinary people to achieve, more importantly, he also walks like the sun, where the sun shines, wherever he goes, there is a light. Life does not stop, struggle does not stop!
For every one of us in the room, physically and mentally able-bodied, everyone was greatly encouraged after watching the video. Management site, every day to face a variety of problems, we only have a correct mentality, believe in ourselves, perseverance, we will definitely be able to solve the problem, achieve the goal of management!
(6) Summary
This training was full of dry goods, and Mr. Wu's in-depth, humorous, and scripture-quoting explanations made everyone feel like a spring breeze, expand their horizons, benefit a lot, and gain a lot. Before the end of the training, everyone submitted no less than 300 words of training experience to summarize the study.
Finally, the students took a group photo under the "Wish Tower" of Meisheng Cloud Valley, made good wishes, and fixed the important moments of life.
The two-day training is over, but the management work has only a starting point, not an end. The eight improvement projects generated in the classroom will be brought back to the site by each team to continue to promote the implementation of the improvement.
