The first stop of the tour was the SMT automation workshop located on the third floor, where we visited advanced automation equipment such as solder paste printing machine, Philips SMT machine, SPI, reflow welding, AOI, etc.

After visiting the SMT automation workshop, the delegation came to the automatic Mi head assembly workshop on the fourth floor. Here, they visited the entire production process from raw materials to finished products.
Liu Peng, manager of the project, also introduced the key links such as the composition of raw materials, production process and quality testing standards of the head, and mentioned that the head will go through appearance inspection, size measurement, performance testing, reliability testing, assembly quality testing and final testing during the assembly process. These tests help to ensure that the quality and performance of the imitators meet the design requirements, thus ensuring the overall quality and user experience of the e-cigarette.
At the same time, Manager Liu Peng also introduced that the CCD detector will comprehensively consider appearance defects, dimensional accuracy, sensitivity detection, functional verification and consistency inspection when detecting the head of electronic cigarettes.
